Bluebird Care East Devon, Exeter and Exmouth has delivered over 500,000 hours of care to their customers in Exeter homes and across the county of Devon.

The business, launched in 2011, is owned and operated by William and Sara Flint who live and work from the centre of Exeter. Since then, they have opened new offices in Exmouth and Honiton. In just over 5 years their business has now delivered over half a million hours of care to both older adults and young adults in the city and beyond.

The Exeter based office provides personal care, medication assistance, domestic chores and meal preparation. In addition they have a Wellbeing programme which encourages and supports customers to get out, have fun and feel good with a variety of local events, get-togethers and in-home Health & Beauty visits.

William Flint said:

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do – every decision made by our care assistants through to our directors always has the customer’s best interests at heart. Unlike other care providers we do not have a block contract with either the NHS or Social Services. Our growth has been founded on our excellent reputation for the quality of care we provide in the local community”.

Director Sara Flint continued:

With increasing numbers of adults living at home for longer, often far away from families, receiving care at home is a sensitive proposition that should be seen as a privilege and respectfully handled by their chosen care provider. We are dedicated in supporting people to remain as independent for as long as possible and our team of Devon Bluebirds are immensely proud to be delivering care in people’s homes every day and every night”.
