I never really knew what social care was until I started using Bluebird Care. I thought it was only personal care but they offer a whole lot more and become your friends too.
Bluebird Care have been amazing since day 1. The care I receive is exceptional, I really would not know where I would be without you all. Seeing the carers twice a day really pick me up and has given me confidence to get back out socially, it's like having my own cheer squad!
I wouldn't be where I am without the support from Bluebird Care. Since my procedure I am getting stronger and stronger with their ongoing support. The office team are great as they let me know of any changes and keep in regular contact. Everyone is so professional.
My regular night time carer is a great help. She makes sure I have everything I need. She is so friendly and nice, I really like her.
Juast want to let you know that Mum was full of praise for Carer I, she feels safe and confident with her. I do also have to say that the comment she made was 'special' as Mum doesn't praise many people often at all.
Carer D was a 'perfect' carer when she came to support my Mum. She gently convinced her to have a shower which made Mum feel so much better. Carer D was wonderful with my Mum. Thank you.
