It would be good if it was just two or three regular carers instead of a different carer on each visit.

Good level of care. The client is treated with dignity and respect. No rush. Staff friendly and competent. Supervisors are quick to respond to calls and queries. Staff use appropriate Personal protective equipment (PPE) to reduce the risk of infection. My mother appreciates listening to chat and local news.

Bluebird Care has been brilliant for my husband.
They do personal care and companionship visits with him and he is always happy to see them.
The carers are fantastic, they really support him being independent and have a good chat with him.
The office staff always try very hard to accommodate any changes.
