Bluebird have been amazing for both my mum and me. They have sorted out different care packages as required in minimal time with minimal effort from carers going in several times a day to the current live in carer. Fantastic service, fantastic people.

First class carers without exception. Organisation occasionally has hiccups but this is understandable. I require 3 'C's - viz Communication Care Continuity

Review of Bluebird Care Petersfield

I have been with Bluebird Care since December last year, having transferred from an unsatisfactory agency. I am happy with every aspect of my care. It started with a detailed and perceptive interview at my home when my needs were fully discussed. All the carers who come here are clearly very well trained, competent, kind and friendly, also adaptable according to how well I feel on a particular day. As I have no family near me in the UK it gives my daughter in Australia much comfort to know I have this and they are a social asset too, we have good conversation.

Carers are normally very good and punctual. Any concerns have been dealt with promptly. Staff are happy to help with anything on the work plan. Staff are always aware and consider my feelings and treat me with respect and dignity. The cost of this service is fairly expensive but generally worth the money.

Review of Bluebird Care Petersfield

Carers from Bluebird Care have been helping to support my self by providing take a break time on a regular basis since September 2014. The initial meeting with a manager was very professional. It was an assessment in our home and our needs were discussed very sympathetically. All the carers who have been have been on time, friendly and helpful. Medication has been given properly and we have confidence in the team. Communication is prompt and accurate. Feedback from visits is clear and helpful. I have already recommended Bluebird to others. My husband has slowly become accepting of support from other than myself which has been very positive as Parkinsons can become more demanding.
