Bluebird Care Aylesbury made the 1,000 hire on Care Friends recently. Not only that, but it was also Aylesbury’s first Care Friends hire, so double celebrations! 

Care Friends is a recruitment app that helps match potential employees with the right employer.

The referral was made by Daniel via the App, who has been registered on Care Friends since July 2023, which is when Care Friends was launched with the team in Aylesbury. The job was shared with Siriporn, who was hired and is getting on really well. What is great is that she used to work in Nandos with Daniel, he told her how good the job was, she came across part time to try it out and now she loves it too and is going full time. 

We wanted to recognise and celebrate this milestone. We had a visit from a member of the national support team and the owner of Care Friends where gifts were presented, there was a certificate presentation and both were awarded some extra points which convert into money once redeemed.
