Having successfully led businesses in other sectors, Adediran decided to venture into the care industry with only one goal, to deliver exceptional care. Adediran strongly believes that people should be able to get the best care possible in the comfort of their homes.
We are committed to our goal of providing high quality professional care to people in their own home. We want to help people live meaningful lives and we will stop at nothing to fulfil this goal. Our team is young and vibrant, teeming with energy and passion for care, putting us in a great position to support everybody we come across.

Passionate about healthcare, Adenrele has worked multidisciplinarily in healthcare. Adenrele brings his wealth of experience across different healthcare segments to support the delivery of quality care at Bluebird Care Barnsley and Glossop.
As the Operations Manager, Adenrele oversees the exceptional services rendered by our team.
Adenrele enjoys working closely with team members and supports the team to ensure that safety and quality are upheld whilst ensuring customer satisfaction and improved quality of life.
Shanaye Latouche
Registered Manager
Shanaye has worked in health and social care industry for the past 8 years. Her passion for supporting people to live independently started when she began her career as care and support worker. Since then, Shanaye has continued to work in care to ensure people get the best care possible.
In her free time Shanaye enjoys spending time with her friends and taking part in physical activities such as hiking in the countryside or roller skating.
Being the youngest of several siblings, Shanaye has always had someone to lean on and understands the importance of a well-developed and caring network. Shanaye is excited to bring her energy, drive and determination to help deliver quality care to our customers and to help support the local community.
