Zara said 'This was a major change in role for me but was something I have always wanted to do. I was not expecting to be affected by the responsibility of my customers as much as I have and I have to say, I love knowing that I am going in there and making a difference to their day. Bluebird Care has been a massive support in this change of role and I couldn't think of anyone better to work for'
 
Vanessa said 'I am proud to be working for Bluebird care, working as a care assistant assisting customers to stay in their own homes is a rewarding job and I look forward to having a long career with Bluebird Care. I would like to thank all the staff in the office for supporting me through my probation and look forward to working with them all.'
