Bluebird Care Basingstoke

Wow.. the CQC has rated us as OUTSTANDING in the Well-led care standard.  This is an OUTSTANDING result for all our staff in the Kingsclere offices and our home and live-in care assistants and is reward for all the hard work, dedication and commitment that every single person demonstrates in providing the very highest quality care at home across West Berkshire and North Hampshire.

An OUTSTANDING rating in the Well-led care standard means that the CQC defines our service as “There are key characteristics that make the leadership of the service exceptional and distinctive.  The leadership, governance and culture are used to drive and improve high quality, person-centre care.”

To put this achievement in to context, Bluebird Care is the ONLY home and live-in care provider based in Basingstoke & Deane, Hart or West Berkshire with an OUSTANDING rating in the Well-led standard.  The whole report reads amazingly well and particularly refers to our unique approach combining salaried employment contracts for care assistants with progressive customer terms and conditions.  You can read our whole report online at https://www.cqc.org.uk/location/1-456059553.
