Breaking News ! Pay Increase for all our care assistants up to 6.25%

Our Care Assistants do an incredible job 7 days a week 365 days a year in all weathers.

We are delighted to announce that we are increasing our salaried pay rates as well as our variable hour contact time pay rates and our travel time pay rate.

From the 21st March, our care assistants will receive increases of up to 6.25% dependant on grade. As the UK's inflation rate is currently running at around 2% this represents a significant above inflation increase that will ensure they are better off in real terms.

This reinforces our position as the leading home and live-in care employer locally and is in addition to the employee benefits we offer through our Vivup Portal including a Healthcare Cashback Scheme, Free MOTs, Yoga, Tai Chi and Eye Tests as well as our Care Friends employee referral scheme.
