Bluebird Care North Hampshire is supporting Pyjamas for PanCan

The event aims to raise vital funds and increase awareness of pancreatic cancer.

Bluebird Care is supporting Pyjamas for PanCan this April. Pyjamas for PanCan is a fun fundraising initiative run by Pancreatic Cancer Action every year. The event aims to raise vital funds and increase awareness of pancreatic cancer. According to the charity, almost half of patients have not heard of the disease before their diagnosis.

Early diagnosis is incredibly important, and so by raising funds and awareness with the public we can make sure more patients are diagnosed early on to increase their chance of survival.

This April people across the country will be putting on their PJ’s to fundraise for this worthy cause. Whether it’s in a workplace, school or college – everyone is encouraged to wear their pyjamas or their favourite slippers, dressing gown or sleep mask to help say ‘Goodnight’ to pancreatic cancer.

If you would like to get involved, you can order your PJ’s for PanCan pack here which includes:

  • PJs for PanCan welcome letter with step by step guides on how to host your own day
  • PJs for PanCan eye mask
  • A poster to advertise your event
  • PJs for PanCan game
  • Colour you own PJs activity
  • Cardboard collection box

There are lots of great resources available on the campaign website available to download here.
