Congratulations to Jody for her achievement

Bluebird Care (Bath & NE Somerset) recently launched a new incentive scheme for our Care Workers, this scheme is the first time we have offered Refer a Friend bonuses and we want to say a massive congratulations to Jody for being the fist employee to successfully introduce a new colleague to Bluebird Care Bath. Jody receieved a £400 bonus for her efforts.

At Bluebird Care we like our staff to feel valued and rewarded for the wonderful job they do, so if they Refer a Friend who passes all our usual checking criteria, we will ensure they recieve this wonderful bonus!
