Bluebird Care Bedford STAR awards

We are pleased to announce latest our STAR award winners.

We are pleased to announce latest our STAR award winners: Martina Di Benedetto and Amreet Sanghera.

Martina started with Bluebird Care in March 2017, she was new to the UK having recently moved to Bedford from Italy. She had previously been working in a local restaurant as a waitress and wanted to start a new career. Martina consistently goes above and beyond to support our customers and her fellow colleagues.

Amreet started with Bluebird Care in 2014 as a care assistant and has worked her way up to become field supervisor. Amreet has a proven track record of being reliable and flexible to support our customers and our staff team. Since becoming a member of the office team she has thrown herself into her new role and has become an indispensable part of the team.

STAR stands for Service to customers, Teamwork, Availability and Reliability.  We award our STAR awards bi-monthly at our team meetings, where they are awarded with a gift from the company as a token of our thanks.
