We are pleased to announce our latest STAR award winners: Dee Kiely and Gemma Gough

Dee started with Bluebird Care (Bedford) in January 2016. Dee had previously been working for a high street retail and pharmacy chain and was looking for something different where she could help people. Since starting with Bluebird Care (Bedford) she has become a valued member of the team and consistently goes above and beyond for our customers as well as her colleagues.

Gemma started with Bluebird Care (Bedford) in September 2017, having previously worked on a stud farm, with horses. Gemma has taken to her new role and career very quickly and has become a fantastic care assistant. Gemma is a reliable team player and goes above and beyond for her customers every day.

STAR stands for Service to customers, Teamwork, Availability and Reliability.  We award our STAR awards bi-monthly at our team meetings, where they are awarded with a gift from the company as a token of our thanks.
