Congratulations on your Promotion!
We are delighted to announce Amreet Sanghera has been promoted to Lead Supervisor. Amreet first joined Bluebird Care in 2014 as a care assistant. She brought with her a wealth of experience and settled into her role at Bluebird Care (Bedford), becoming a reliable and dedicated member of the team. Amreet decided to leave us in January 2017 but realised very quickly that she missed her colleagues and our customers so came back to us two weeks later!
In March 2017 Amreet was promoted to Field Supervisor, she settled very quickly into her role and proved to be an asset to the management team. Her wealth of experience and her drive to help others shone through and she proved herself to be a reliable, dedicated team member.
She is now working closely with our Registered Manager in her new role.
