Meet The Team!

Introducing Sue Sterling - one of newest members of the Bluebird Care Bedford team!

The main reason I wanted to work in care is being able to make a difference in someone else’s life and to be able to give back to our older generations. I helped to look after my Dad and I found it really rewarding to be able to see the difference I made in his life.

I joined Bluebird Care Bedford in March 2022. I have found the first couple of weeks to be really good.

I am learning new things every day and I have really enjoyed all of the training I have completed so far. My new colleagues are really helpful and supportive and I have felt really welcomed into the team.

One of the things I was really looking forward to was meeting our customers and building relationships with our customers. Hearing about their lives is the best part of the job! I’ve had some really great experiences with customers and some funny moments too!

Outside of work I enjoy live music, walking my dog and spending time with my children.
