Bluebird Care Birmingham North is a premium provider of home care and live-in care. With decades of experience and a Registered Nurse heading the team, we lead the field in providing dignified and high-quality care.

Home Care gives people the support they need, in the place they love. So Dad can wake up in his own bed. Mum can prep the Sunday roast in her own kitchen. Your husband can get the personal care he needs while you’re in the next room. And everyone, as much as possible, can go about their life as normal.

Whether it is a 30 minute visit or live-in care, we can offer you the tailored care and support you need. Our home care services are flexible to suit you and your lifestyle, whilst helping you to maintain your independence in the comfort of your own home.

Call us today to speak to our friendly and experienced team, all of whom started their careers in care by visiting people in their own homes and providing the care that you are thinking about today. Once we have spoken with you, we will carry out a care consultation where we will speak with you and your family members to learn about what is important to you, what you would like to achieve and how Bluebird Care can help you with this. This will help create your bespoke care journey with Bluebird Care, deciding everything from how many days visits will take place, what time each visit should be and exactly what our Care Experts will be doing each time they visit.


But don't worry, we understand that things change. We will regularly carry out  reviews with all of our customers, to ensure the care they are receiving is still right for them. And you won't have to wait until a scheduled review; if you feel things might be changing and the care you receive needs changing too, our team will be there to support you.


Our Care Coordinator, will schedule your regular visits with your allocated Care Experts, ensuring you see the same friendly faces each week. On your first visit, we will carry out a 'Meet and Greet' and to introduce you to your Care Expert.


Each week you will receive a weekly schedule so you know exactly who will be visiting and when. We know how important it is for family members to be kept 'in the loop' so the weekly schedules can also be sent to any family members if you wish. Family members can also use 'OpenPASS' which will allow them to view the notes from each visit, offering peace of mind that all is well.
