Gary & Michelle Johnson are delighted to announce their purchase of the Bluebird Care (Brighton & Hove) branch. Gary & Michelle have been part of the Bluebird group for 6 years having run their Lewes District office which adjoins the Brighton & Hove territory.

Gary & Michelle Johnson are delighted to announce their purchase of the Bluebird Care (Brighton & Hove) branch. Gary & Michelle have been part of the Bluebird group for 6 years having run their Lewes District office which adjoins the Brighton & Hove territory.

In that time, they have developed a thriving domiciliary care company with the ethos of working locally; providing care for local people by local people. The couple strive for excellence in care and have investigated heavily in new technology to enable safer, more responsive care for all they care for.

The couple are passionate about regulation, accountability and transparency. They refuse to cut corners and believe in employing only the best care staff with the same values. They operate two CQC registered businesses, all care workers are employed and as such are accountable to both the Companies and CQC. All carers are, and will continue to be, monitored; spot checked and have on-going training which is prerequisite of their contract of employment. In addition, they aim to provide the best working conditions available whilst paying above the living age for all care workers despite their age.

Bluebird Care (Lewes) and Bluebird Care (Brighton & Hove) are the only care providers in the local areas operating the PASS system, a system which assists with transparency and responsiveness whilst providing a real time double check on all care visits by the office team. This alone provides for better care outcomes for all our customers.

Together, Gary & Michelle, working with the teams in Lewes & Brighton feel  privileged to be able to serve the local communities in which they live and work.
