On 20th March, Director of Bluebird Care Brighton & Hove, David Steedman, was breaking records and raising money in support of Target Ovarian Cancer and his childhood friend, Gabrielle Harris.

David with a team of friends and family broke two British and World 100,000m indoor rowing records to raise awareness of the symptoms of ovarian cancer and to promote Gabrielle’s blog.

In addition to setting new records, the team raised £10,000 for Target Ovarian Cancer which will certainly make a difference.

David commented:

We were aiming for two British 100,000m indoor rowing records, amazingly - and thanks to some seriously vigorous performances - we broke both British and World records. I would urge people to read and share Gabrielle’s blog to raise awareness of the symptoms of ovarian cancer. Gabrielle’s wish is to help raise awareness because finding and treating cancer at an early stage can save lives.”
