On Friday 5th February 2016 Bluebird Care (Lewes) was delighted to welcome the MP for Lewes, Maria Caulfield, to our offices in Newhaven.
On Friday 5th February 2016 Bluebird Care (Lewes) was delighted to welcome the MP for Lewes, Maria Caulfield, to our offices in Newhaven.Maria kindly agreed to attend a meeting to discuss the rising cost of adult social care in the District. Other attendees included Natalie Spangenberg of East Sussex County Council, Duncan Berry, Chief Operating Officer, Bluebird Care and owners Neil Blatch, David Steedman, Sai Visakan, Gary & Michelle Johnson who together make up the owners of East Sussex Bluebird Care Offices. Other topics under discussion included CQC fees, in work benefits, National Living Wage and non-regulated PAs.

…it was so refreshing to be able to hold a meeting to discuss such important issues with colleagues who are informed and committed to finding solutions to some very real and complex challenges which the care sector is currently facing.
