Bluebird Care's Comprehensive Training

An insightful week of training at our Bluebird Care Bromsgrove & Redditch office, bringing together Bluebirds from all over the country.

We hosted several members of our Bluebird Care family from across the country to take part in Bluebird Care's specialist in-house training for Moving and Positioning and Basic Life Support, led by Bluebird Care's in-house trainer Tricia.

High-quality training is key to providing high-quality care to our Customers so you know that you and your loved ones are alway in the safest of hands. Our facilities and training equipment in our Bromsgrove office allowed for an interactive and hands-on training session for the 'Moving and Positioning' course, covering a wide range of equipment that our Care Experts are likely to come across. The Basic Life Support training ensures all of our team members are equipped with the knowledge of how to deal with emergency situations, including carrying out CPR. 

As well as being able to refresh their training, our Bluebird Care team members were also able to share ideas and best practice with each other. Bluebird Care has fantastic, passionate and knowledgable members all over the country and it was great for this to be shared amongst all of the atendees.

Our lovely trainer Tricia treated us to some lovely flowers and a thank you card for hosting the training at our office, a lovely and very much appreciated gesture. We are looking forward to hosting further training at our office in the future.
