Four members of our team have celebrated passing their initial probationary periods

Over the past few months, four members of our team have celebrated passing their initial probationary periods.

Rosie Swain, Precious Khumalo, Emeline Sayer and Leeanne Parker have all received excellent feedback from our customers and are now fully fledged care assistants.

Having passed their initial probationary training in November, Rosie Swain and Emeline Sayer are both looking forward to the next stages of their careers with Bluebird Care, as they train to become care mentors.

Emeline told us: “It feels really good to pass and become a fully-fledged care assistant.”

We’re also excited to see Leeanne Parker’s next steps with the company. She’s already popular with her customers and continues to go from strength to strength within her role.

Precious Khumalo is part of our live-in care team, looking after our customers on a round-the-clock basis. On passing her probationary period, she told us: “I am very happy to be working for Bluebird Care!!”.
