Training course for care assistants

On 5th August 2016 four of our care assistants completed a new in house training course.
On Friday 5th August 2016 four of our care assistants attended a new training course.
Jolanta, Charlotte, Isabel and Anna all attended and successfully completed a training course run by our registered care manager Karen Rides.
The training was a 3 day course and covered a range of topics, including; Company Induction, Administration of Medication as well as Moving & Handling.
There was a variety of theoretical and practical assessments, as well as a discussion on the Care Certificate.
