Employee of the Month

Lauren Thomas is our Employer of the Month!

Each and every month a team member is nominated byt their fellow colleagues, customers and managers for the Employee of the month award. For the month of January, Lauren Thomas, Care Worker in Cardiff South was head and shoulders in front with her nominations.

Lauren is currently training to be a teacher in Cardiff University and works her degree around her shifts with Bluebird Care. Both staff and customes said Lauren is kind, caring and a pleasure to have around.
