Every month we have a full week of mandatory in house training and refresher training
Each and every month we hold training for new recruits and refresher training for our existing team. This is led by our in-house trainer Matt who has been with Bluebird Care for 7 years. Matt teaches the recruits about the mandatory training in Health and Social Care in Wales. Induction, Safeguarding, Medication, Dementia, Health and Safety, Emergency First Aid and Moving and Handling. It really is a week packed full of learning and fun (and of course cookies and tea)!
