I just wanted to call and say thank you for everything you did for my Mum and Dad. You put the Live In care in place at very short notice. We appreciate the reassurance you gave to Mum whilst caring for Dad and by keeping in regular communication with her. We were so happy and would definately come back if we need care again in the future.
I can get quite lonely so I really look forward to and enjoy the company from my lovely carers.
All the carers help me with the little things that I can't manage. They make calls for me, post letters and support me with my weekly shopping. I really appreciate them.
The carers are amazing, we could not keep Mum at home without them. She is so happy as the carers go in, do what they need to do then sit with mum to have a conversation. They even birdwatch with her sometimes!
