I have had short term care from Bluebird Care and they were excellent.  They arrived when they were supposed to and altered times to suit me when required.  All the carers were polite and I enjoyed their company.  Many thanks to everyone at Bluebird Care.

Hope you don't mind, but I just needed to tell you what an amazing team you had last night.  When I arrived to find H on the floor I was I admit quite scared. Once I'd made sure he was comfortable I phoned the on call and spoke to Kat who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole thing. Even though she had family commitments, she was there for both myself and H.  Meg managed to cover most of my other calls, which I was concerned about and checked back regularly.  Kat was in contact with me until I arrived home after my last call which was quite late, making sure I got back safely.  Her support and advice were both invaluable.  

New Carer 

Just want to thank you and all your team for helping coordinate my mum's discharge from hospital.  Everything went very smoothly which is no easy task when assisting an elderly person with such complex health and social needs.  Special thanks to the carer who stepped in at the last minute to collect my mum from hospital and settle her in back home.  This has made a huge difference to both my mum and to us.  The carer is always friendly. kind and professional; a real asset to your company.

May I take this opportunity to thank all the Bluebird Care staff and every Care Assistant who have attended to me over the last 3 years, they are all part of a nationwide army who do a very difficult and sometimes emotional job but are not always fully appreciated by some Care Providers.  So, may I wish each and every one of you all the very best for the future.   Can I give special mention to E Wilson who has been what I regard, my main Care Assistant for most of my time with you, she has been outstanding in her role.  She is a credit to care work, she has something about her that no amount of training can give you and I believe that she should be singled out as an example of how to be an EXCELLENT care assistant.

I absolutely love the care and carers.  I am amazed at what all the carers do and I have a lovely call and look forward to the carer coming.  We have a whale of a time!  I was very apprehensive before carers started and I really love them coming now.
