Our Live In carer is very good with Mum, and Mum is really settled. We are really happy with the carer as she is calm which is really helpful with Mum. Thank you.

On behalf of the family I would like to thank all Bluebird Care staff and all the carers who have been involved in looking after Dad especially S and S who have provided the majority of the live in care in 2022 as his health has deteriorated. The warmth and efficiency of the service have been excellent.

It was lovely working with Carer C this morning, she was very conscientious with the customers and their families. She supported the husband of our customer who is feeling unwell at the moment. She was so caring!
