Quarterly Presentation Evening at Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Chester

We held our quarterly presentation evening on 18th October at Bluebird Care (Cheshire West & Chester) where we presented long service awards, employee of the month and NVQ/QCF badges. 

​We held our quarterly presentation evening on 18th October at Bluebird Care (Cheshire West & Chester) where we presented long service awards, employee of the month and NVQ/QCF badges. 

In total we had 9 one year awards, 1 three year award and an incredible five year award! This shows the dedication of our team to the cornerstones of Bluebird Care which are'Quality, Service, Value and Trust'. We also presented 4 Level 3 and 1 Level 2 QCF badges to commend our carers for their hard work and willingness to continue to develop in the roles. 

We would not have such amazing success if it was not for the fantastic Care Manager and her team, who also show commitment in supporting and developing our carers, so a big thank you to her and her team.
