Bluebird Care receives Top 20 Care Provider award in Wales

Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Flintshire has been placed in the top 20 home care providers in Wales for the second year in a row.

Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Flintshire received the award based on reviews from the home care provider’s customers and their loved ones and leading home care review site, homecare.co.uk.

The reviews from home care providers across Wales were analysed by homecare.co.uk before the top 20 list was drawn up.

In total, there are 386 home care providers in Wales, who were rated on a range of factors, which included overall standard, staff, care and support, treated with dignity, management and value for money.

A sister of a customer said: “Bluebird Care have been caring for my brother for over two years and during this time have been essential to him living in his own home,

“He loves to see the carers coming in, they always have a smile and communicate with him very well.

“They treat him with the utmost respect when bathing and getting him dressed.  Administering his medication and ensuring his needs are met at all times.

“I have to say without their care he would not be living happily at home. Nothing is too much trouble, if you need extra help and care they will always endeavour to put additional care in place when needed.

“All the staff are wonderful and deserve a medal. Without them, we as a family would be lost.”
