The Director, Rebecca, gives careers talks to students in the hope of inspiring them into a career in Health and Social Care.
The Director Rebecca, has been busy out in the community supporting careers events. As a previous teacher herself she enjoys sharing her passion about the opportunities available in the Adult Social Care sector. There are many misconceptions of what a Care Assistants role is, what it entails and that there are opportunities to develop a successful career from it.
As an ex teacher I thoroughly enjoy speaking to young people and opening their minds to what opportunities are available to them in the sector. This particular school was even more special as some of the pupils I taught were in the sessions.
