Working in partnership with Sailship & Rise

We will be promoting fortnightly mental health support groups in partnership with Sailship.
We are really excited to be part of Sailship Training and Learning for Life's 'Grow a Friendship with Sailship' initiative.
Bluebird Care will be promoting mental health wellbeing by providing fortnightly Mental Health Support Groups, run by our Community Psychiatric Nurse - Nicola Christy.
Sailship supports people aged 65+ specialising in support of those living with dementia & their family/carers through their sensory gardens and wellness activities.
Rise Life - Essex will be joining them to provide seated sports sessions, adding another wellness activity to take part in.
Group and 1 to 1 sessions are available for care homes and families.
