Mandy has just completed 10 years’ service with Bluebird Care Croydon as our Registered Care Manager!
Mandy Joined the team in July 2011 and has helped to steer the company into becoming an award winning service.
Mandy is responsible for the day-to-day running of our care delivery and has a Level 5 in General Adult Social Care.
Many years in customer service and complaint management has made Mandy passionate about delivering a high quality service to make a significant difference to people’s lives.
Mandy has been finalist the Great British Care Awards for Registered Home Care Manager of the Year 2012, 2014 and 2015. In 2016, she was a finalist in the Bluebird Care Registered Manager of year award and in 2020 was a finalist in the Bluebird Care Covid Hero Awards.
Mandy, a huge thank you from all the team for your commitment to providing outstanding care for our customers and your support for our care staff over the last 10 years.
