Award Winner- Registered Manager of the Year

Our Registered Manager, Tansy Ridler, is celebrating after having been recognised for her hard work, compassion and dedication in an important care award.

Tansy was chosen out of hundreds of nominees as the winner of the Registered Manager of the Year Award at this year’s annual Bluebird Care Awards.

The awards saw over 600 people bid for the top spot in each category – from right across The South East of England.

Tansy is part of the team who supports people across the Newham and Tower Hamlets borough to stay safe and well in the comfort of their own homes, including with specialist dementia and live-in care.

The Registered Manager of the Year award celebrates one of the roles in care that carries the most responsibility – Registered Managers in the care sector must be a great team leader, have attention to detail at all times, and show a real passion for care and development.

Tansy has been a member of the Bluebird Care Docklands, Stratford & Wapping team for over 2 years, and has doubled the hour’s of care we provide to our customers within the last year alone. 

Reflecting on her award win, Tansy said:
