Home Assessment
We’ll arrange a visit from our supervisor to meet you in person, discuss your needs in detail, and answer any questions. A family member or friend is welcome to join for support.
Personalised Care Plan
During the home visit, we’ll discuss your preferred schedule, mobility, sensory needs, and any concerns to create a care plan tailored to your needs and budget.
Care Begins
Once we’ve agreed on your care plan, we’ll deliver the service exactly as promised. Your supervisor will support you throughout, with regular check-ins to ensure you’re happy with your care.

Personalised to you
You will always know who is coming to deliver your care and we will keep you informed of any changes as and when necessary. Care needs change regularly; we regularly review care plans and adapt to ensure we meet customers' needs and support. The likelihood of one care assistant helping a person 7 days a week is not realistic, and this will form part of our discussion at assessment, where we can discuss viable alternatives such as, perhaps live-in care.
We have a mix of both full and part-time staff, the vast majority of which, work alternative weekends. But what we can tell you is that we keep your team of Care Assistants to a minimum to ensure that you have a strong continuity of care. It is important that you can build relationships with your team so that you feel comfortable, and our team can pick up on any changes in your health.
