Care Assistant of the Month for May

The award of Employee of the Month for May 2017 has been awarded to Anne Devlin.

The award of Employee of the Month for May 2017 has been awarded to Anne Devlin; Anne has had great feedback from both customers and colleagues during her relatively short time at Bluebird Care.

She is always willing to help out where she can and has a positive attitude towards everything she does. Since joining Bluebird Care in March, Anne has managed to complete four Open University courses in different areas of sector and strives to learn all she can to improve her understanding of the job she is involved in.

Anne has also attended meetings with the SSSC ensuring that a care workers point of view is heard in order to improve the care sector as a whole. Well done Anne!
