The award of employee of the month for June 2018 goes to Tracie Stevens who is always very helpful and approachable, dedicated and committed. Not only does she keep the office running smoothly, she goes that extra mile for our customers. We received a lovely email from one of our customers who was experiencing great difficulty in changing the direct debit for their Direct Payment from the Council. Tracie had as much difficulty as our customer in getting the Council to outline what the problem was. From pillar to post, Tracie was determined to help our customer. They also commented that Tracie has been unerringly helpful, positive and reassuring. Her professionalism and knowledge of both his and his wife’s situation in terms of payment status has reassured the couple. Tracie, with a calm and positive manner, resolved what was an extremely stressful situation for them.
