Lucy Parsons and Sue Souter, for their self-leadership skills and excellence of work. The team is very aware that the health of their customer they support is of the utmost importance and due to the continuity, they give to their customer, they are perfectly placed to spot when they feel that things are not quite right. The care team’s compliance is also excellent.
