Congratulations to 5 of our care assistants who have recently passed their 3 month probationary period successfully!

Five of our newest care assistants have passed their probationary period with flying colours. The probationary period is in place to ensure that our care assistants are happy and comfortable in their role and that they deliver the highest quality care to their customers.
