Jan McKenzie is our Care Assistant of the month for July 2015!Jan has been chosen as care assistant of the month due to her excellent self-leadership skills.
Jan has used her step into leadership training in helping new care staff to embrace the Bluebird Care culture. Other team members have also noted how motivating and inspiring Jan can be to others.
