We are thrilled to announce that Bluebird Care East Devon, Exmouth and Exeter have been shortlisted for Care Employer of the Year at the 2017 Great British Care Awards. 

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Bluebird Care East Devon, Exmouth and Exeter have been shortlisted for Care Employer of the Year at the 2017 Great British Care Awards

​This award seeks to acknowlegde and celebrate employers' commitment to care and success in delivering an excellent care service. To be nominated for this award, Bluebird Care East Devon, Exmouth and Exeter have had to demonstrate a sustained track record of delivering high quality care and managing improvement.

​On top of this fanatstic news, six of our incredible Devon Bluebirds have been nominated and shortlisted for awards celebrating their hardwork, achievements and successes in the care industry. 






​- Debbie Foxford (Home Care Worker of the Year, Bluebird Care East Devon) - nominated for her consistent provision of high quality home care and his dedication, awareness of colleagues and career development through training. 

​- Tony McNamara (Home Care Worker of the Year, Bluebird Care Exeter) - nominated for his consistent provision of high quality home care and his dedication, awareness of colleagues and career development through training. 


- Amy Kilby (Care Newcomer of the Year, Bluebird Care Exeter) - ​nominated for her recent return to care work, in which she has delivered high quality care with empathy and responsiveness towards her customers.
 

- Jackie Fyall (Home Care Manager of the Year, Bluebird Care East Devon, Exeter and Exmouth) - nominated for her high level of expertise, exceptional skills in managing the care business, and showing vision in developing person-centred care and supporting staff to meet the ever changing needs of customers. 


- Debbie Marshall (Care Trainer of the Year, Bluebird Care East Devon, Exeter and Exmouth) - nominated for her enthusiasm and determination in identifying training and development needs of care staff and establish high quality training programmes. 


- Emma Perrett (Care Innovator, Bluebird Care East Devon, Exeter and Exmouth) - nominated for her exceptional entrepeneurial skills in identifying, developing and implementing our new Wellbeing service for customers.
