We are thrilled to announce that at Bluebird Care Glasgow South we have received our latest Care Inspectorate report following our inspection in January 2017.

The Care Inspectorate are the regulator of health and social care services in Scotland who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was completed on 18th January 2017 and we are pleased to say that we have maintained the highest marks possible from the last 3 years of grades 6 ‘Excellent’ for both quality of care and support and quality of staffing. These consistently top grades, are to our knowledge, unmatched within the care at home sector in our area and we are justifiably proud of this achievement. This is down to the wonderful team managed by our care manager Lynsey Torbit.

Detailed in the report were comments from customers that spoke to the inspectors, which included;

I have been using Bluebird for approximately three months and cannot fault their attention. All the staff are friendly, very professional and always very attentive.”
We have been using the service for three years and have had the same girl coming throughout. She is patient and obliging, I have nothing but praise for her.”
I could be anywhere in the country and not be anxious about my mum and dad because I trust Bluebird staff. I also have access to what has been happening through an app which allows me into their support plan.”
Director of Bluebird Care Glasgow South, John Perry, commented:

We are extremely pleased with our latest Care Inspectorate report very proud of the high standards of care our team provides to our customers every day. We would like to thank everyone for their loyalty and commitment to delivering the very best homecare and support across Glasgow South.”
