September 2020 Employee of the Month

We are delighted to announce the Employee of the Month for September 2020 is Carol Benzie. She was nominated for the overall, excellent feedback from her customers and their family. Carol’s work ethic and level of care to her customers is both commendable and excellent.
Recently, Carol’s extremely high level of care has been praised by a temporary service user. They were so impressed with Carol, she may have converted them to keep Carol as an ongoing carer!
Echoing the same praise, Carol’s exceptional standard of care was also recognised by the family members of a late customer, who thanks Carol for dedicating 7 years of outstanding care (Carol cared for them previously for 3 years at a different company).
Carol has been with Bluebird Care for almost five years and has always been consistent in her work and her continuous caring and empathetic manner
