Congratulations to Lisa who is Carer of the Month for July!
The Gloucestershire North Carer of the Month for July is Lisa Scott!
Lisa has been a gem since she started with Bluebird care She is very keen to develop her skills and knowledge and always engages fully in all training available. Lisa has recently completed her level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care, and has immediately asked to be signed up for her level 3 award. Lisa always responds to Naomi's messages asking for carers to cover extra shifts/calls and will step in at the last minute.
Lisa has signed up to be a Proud to Care ambassador representing Bluebird Care, which involves a commitment to attend a number of events to talk to people about the care industry and what she loves about being a carer.
