Congratulations to Raquel Castanheira Amador who is our care assistant of the month for September.
​Congratulations to Raquel Castanheira Amador who is our care assistant of the month for September.Raquel is a live-in care assistant and was nominated for this month's 'Care Assistant of the Month' by the office staff.
Their reasons for nominating Raquel Include:
- Raquel is always willing to stay longer with the customer if necessary, or give up part of her weeks off
- When booking holiday Raquel always gives plenty of notice
- Raquel’s confidence in delivering care has grown and grown
- She always reports any issues promptly, ensuring the customer gets an early visit from her GP or District Nurse
- Raquel always puts the wellbeing of the customer first
- Raquel is 100% reliable, friendly and hard working
- Raquel really hit it off with Mrs B, the customer enjoyes her company and the relationship they have developed has really improved the customers quality of life
Here is Raquel receiving her certificate from Finance Executive Dominique Williams. Raquel regularly travels back to Portugal when she has a break, so has chosen a travel voucher for her reward.
