Sophie Tocknell took part in Alzheimer’s Society Memory Walk!

Bluebird Care North Gloucestershires Business and Administration apprentice, Sophie Tocknell and her dog Betzi, took part in the Bristol Memory Walk for the Alzheimers Society.

On the 9th October Bluebird Care North Gloucestershire’s Business and Administration apprentice, Sophie Tocknell and her dog Betzi, took part in the Bristol Memory Walk for the Alzheimer’s Society.

The Alzheimer’s Society Memory Walk hopes to create a world without dementia, people of all ages can participate raising money all across the UK for this vital cause.

Sophie set herself a target of £150 and she managed to raise a total of £180 with the help of her colleagues and friends!

Sophie commented:
 

I really enjoyed the memory walk. It was lovely to meet so many people taking part and each with their own experiences. Betzi is 13 years old and amazingly walked the entire 6k! Thank you to everyone who sponsored me!
