Care Managers Show 2024

We sent our Registered Manager Tom along to this years Care managers Show at the NEC in Birmingham. 

Managers had the opportunity to further develop the specific skills needed for home care management, and to hear about some revolutionary and exciting ways the sector is driving forward.

Along with guest speakers from industry leading care providers, there were representatives from technology and recruitment companies as well as senior representatives from the CQC.

It was great to see Bluebird Care represented by Katy Berry, Gosports registered manager, who spoke about staff retention and training, and Rebecca Hawkings, Managing director, Bluebird Care Reading, Wokingham, Windsor, Maidenhead & Bracknell, who discussed Rostering.
