We are proud to introduce our newcomer of the year award and delighted to announce that Care Assistant Claire has received our very first award! Claire joined the team after having been made redundant from her job in HR and made the whole team very proud. She is flexible, bubbly and very much loved by her customers.

Claire joined the team after having been made redundant from her job in HR and made the whole team very proud. She is flexible, bubbly and very much loved by her customers.
Claire’s notes are extremely detailed and she continually demonstrates putting her customers’ needs first. She is an
excellent example of a truly model member of staff!
The award was presented by Care Manager Halina and customer Mrs Prior, who could not speak highly enough of Claire’s approach!
