Customer Outing With Mrs Cooke

We are delighted to have recently welcomed customer Mrs Cooke to the office in our latest customer outing. Mrs Cooke is supported by Live-in Care Assistant Audrey and they made the most of the opportunity to visit the team.
We are delighted to have recently welcomed customer Mrs Cooke to the office in our latest customer outing. Mrs Cooke is supported by Live-in Care Assistant Audrey and they made the most of the opportunity to visit the team.For our customers, spending time away from the home is something that can occasionally be challenging and our customer outings are designed to help make a difference by assisting with this.
Mrs Cooke joined us for a cup of tea, slice of cake and enjoyed meeting the team!
Care Manager Mel explained:
When we knew we were holding a Macmillan coffee morning, we wanted to use it as an opportunity to make a difference to our customers as well as raising funds for Macmillan cancer support, so we took the opportunity to do so.
It was great to welcome Mrs Cooke to the office along with Audrey as it gave her the chance to meet everyone and enjoy a trip out.
Our customer outings are very important and we are also at the final stages of planning for our customer Christmas event which will come round so soon!
