Judit Explains Why #NoJobCompares

In the latest instalment of our #NoJobCompares campaign, we are pleased to introduce you to Judit, who loves nothing more than seeing her customers smile!

Working in care is incredibly rewarding because you know that you are making a big difference to the lives of the people you meet each day.

We prioritise regular customers for our Care Assistants and because of this, many customers build a close friendship with their Care Assistant.

For Judit, she explains how her role makes her go home with that 'fuzzy feeling' at the end of the day!
