Nabeel Khan - Director
As the director and owner of Bluebird Care Mansfield & Ashfield, Nabeel brings with him over 2 decades worth of experience working in various industries. This exposure has allowed him to establish a close-knit network of medical professionals, granting valuable insights into the inner workings of excellent healthcare companies. He aims to use this knowledge to provide the best care to the people in his community. He was driven to Bluebird Care because of its unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality care, and since joining in November 2022, Nabeel has been working hard to assemble a team of compassionate and experienced staff who will treat clients with the same care and respect they would give to their own family members. With a passion for delivering excellent care and a commitment to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for his staff and clients alike,

Emma Jelley - Community Engagement Lead
Emma joined the Bluebird Care Team in July 2024. She has always had a passion to care for others, from leaving school, she went to work with children and young adults in both primary and secondary education, supporting students with additional needs. After taking a short time out when Emma’s children were young, she then decided care was definitely her passion and has spent the last 5 years both in the community providing high quality care in the home and also as a healthcare assistant at the City Hospital in Nottingham. "I believe the experience and skills I have gained are very valuable to our Bluebird Customers"
Aija Kivleniece - Care Supervisor
Aija joined the team in June 2024 as a senior care expert. Aija has tried different career paths, but the social care sector is where she feels at home. Aija has gained confidence in care through education and work experience as a home care assistant. Passion for good quality care, a person-centred approach, and the well-being of our customers as well as care experts are what she values the most. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, gardening, or reading a good book.
